How it Works:

Betamethasone Valerate – Potent topical corticosteroid that reduces inflammation and itching, effective in inflammatory dermatoses and some psoriasis cases.

Neomycin Sulphate – Broad-spectrum bactericidal antibiotic effective against most skin infection bacteria.

Miconazole Nitrate – Antifungal that inhibits ergosterol synthesis, disrupting fungal cell membranes and interfering with membrane-bound enzymes.
