  • Betamethasone Dipropionate

Topical Antibacterial

How it Works:
Betamethasone Dipropionate, a potent topical corticosteroid, acts as an anti-inflammatory agent by inhibiting late-phase allergic reactions. It reduces mast cell density, suppresses eosinophil activity, decreases cytokine production, and inhibits arachidonic acid metabolism.
Gentamicin is a bactericidal broad-spectrum antibiotic (except against streptococci and anaerobic bacteria) that works by binding to 30S ribosomes, thereby inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis.
