How it works
Betamethasone is a potent corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, redness, and itching by suppressing the immune response and inhibiting inflammatory mediators. Salicylic acid is a keratolytic agent that softens and removes scales and dead skin, allowing better penetration of betamethasone and improving treatment effectiveness.

Usage And Safety
Dosage
Apply a thin layer to the affected area 1–2 times daily or as directed by a physician.

Side Effects

  • Burning, irritation, or dryness at the application site

  • Skin thinning with prolonged use

  • Stretch marks (striae)

  • Folliculitis (inflammation of hair follicles)
