How it works:
Betamethasone valerate is a potent topical corticosteroid that rapidly relieves inflammatory dermatoses responsive to corticosteroid therapy and is effective even in less responsive conditions such as psoriasis. Neomycin sulphate is a broad-spectrum bactericidal antibiotic effective against most bacteria commonly linked with skin infections.

Precautions:

Occlusive dressings and skin folds can encourage bacterial growth; cleanse skin before reapplying dressings.
Warnings:

Use with caution in patients with hypersensitivity to betamethasone, neomycin, or excipients.

Discontinue immediately if prolonged diarrhoea or abdominal cramps occur.

Children may absorb proportionally larger amounts of corticosteroids, increasing the risk of systemic side effects.
