How it Works:

Betamethasone Valerate: A potent topical corticosteroid that rapidly reduces inflammation and itching in steroid-responsive dermatoses, and is often effective in less responsive conditions like psoriasis.

Neomycin Sulphate: A broad-spectrum bactericidal antibiotic that targets most bacteria commonly involved in skin infections.
Usage & Safety
Dosage: As directed by the physician. Apply a thin layer to the affected area, usually 1–2 times daily.

Indication:

Precautions:

Occlusive dressings can encourage bacterial infection in warm, moist skin folds; cleanse skin before applying a fresh dressing.
Warnings:

Use with caution in patients with known hypersensitivity to betamethasone, neomycin, or any excipient.

Discontinue if prolonged/significant diarrhoea or abdominal cramps occur.

Children may absorb proportionally more corticosteroid than adults, increasing the risk of systemic side effects.
