BH AV Sartan 14 Tablets 5mg + 80mg

Detail Description
Av-Sartan Tablets 5mg + 80mg (1 Strip = 7 Tablets) — Specification
Requires Prescription: Yes
Generics:
-
Amlodipine Besilate
-
Valsartan
Used For:
-
Hypertension
How it Works:
Amlodipine and Valsartan are antihypertensive agents with complementary mechanisms. Amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker, relaxes blood vessels by inhibiting calcium ion influx into vascular smooth muscle. Valsartan, an angiotensin II receptor antagonist, prevents angiotensin II from binding to its receptors, reducing vasoconstriction and sodium retention. Together, they have an additive effect in lowering blood pressure more effectively than either drug alone.
