Detail Description

Febrol Tablets 500 mg Specification

Requires Prescription: No

Generics: Paracetamol

Used For: Pain & Fever

How it works:
Paracetamol exerts a central analgesic effect, likely mediated through activation of descending serotonergic pathways. Its exact mechanism is debated — it may involve inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis or effects of an active metabolite on cannabinoid receptors.
